Re-sling only
For USA based customers, our partners at Mountain Tools in California offer re-slinging for DMM Cams, Torque Nuts, Bulldogs, Terriers and Talons.
Re-sling and inspection
Mountain tools will not perform a safety inspection, or service on the product. If you would like to have your DMM products inspected or serviced you will need to organize delivery of your items to DMM based in Wales, UK.
DMM cam service
If you would like to have your DMM cams serviced you will need to organize delivery to DMM based in Wales, UK. A service includes an inspection from our PPE certified staff, a trigger rewire if required, a re-sling, and lubrication. £12 per cam.
We endeavor to carry out this service as availability allows. During busy times this may take up to 6-8 weeks. Please allow plenty of time for this service and plan well in advance of your next climbing trip.
