Limited Warranty, Returns, & Customer Service
DMM Limited Warranty.
DMM products that are used and maintained in accordance with the product instructions are warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Further details about the inspection and maintenance of all DMM products are included in the user instructions supplied with every product, and copies can be found on the relevant product pages on the Websites. Please read and comply with all product instructions.
Warranty Exclusions: Our limited warranty does not cover any product (a) for normal wear and tear, (b) for oxidation or corrosion, (c) that has been modified, repaired, or altered in any way, (d) that has been improperly used, (e) that has been improperly maintained, (f) that has been improperly stored, (g) that has been damaged due to accident, misuse, and/or negligence, (g) that has been damaged due to use of the product for which it was not designed. In addition, this limited warranty does not cover (i) any textile product whose label has been removed or (ii) any helmet that has been written on, marked or has stickers affixed. Any product warranty claim that has been caused, in whole or in part, by the use, maintenance, and/or storage of a product that is contrary to and/or prohibited by the product instruction manual or guidelines is excluded from this limited warranty.
If you purchased a DMM product from the Websites that you believe is defective, stop using it immediately, and return the product to us. Please complete the form and follow the directions in the section below titled DMM Return Policy. Please include your receipt and proof of purchase showing the purchase date. DMM will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. If DMM determines that that the returned product is not covered by our limited warranty, the product will be returned to you with a note of explanation.
This limited warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. DMM’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPLICITLY LIMITED SOLELY TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; PROVIDED THAT NOTHING ABOVE IS INTENDED TO LIMIT LIABILITY FOR ORDINARY DAMAGES FOR PROVEN PRODUCT LIABILITY CLAIMS.
UPON EXPIRATION OF THE THREE (3) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY TIME PERIOD, DMM SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
DMM Return Policy
To return items purchased through the DMM Websites, that you wish to return, that are not limited warranty returns, please complete this form: https://us.dmmwales.com/pages/returns. For returning products purchased through a DMM approved retailer, please contact the retailer directly for assistance.
All returned products, specifically including but not limited to safety critical climbing equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE), must be in new condition with original packaging attached.
DMM will not accept any returns if the item or its packaging shows any signs of use, damage or contamination. Returns should be sent to:
